How Does Delivery Work on NiWAB Marketplace?
NiWAB Marketplace focuses on agricultural trade across Nigeria. Orders are fulfilled through seller delivery, warehouse collection, or partner logistics — with escrow protection until delivery is confirmed.
Delivery options
- Seller delivery: The verified seller or cooperative arranges transport to your location or agreed drop-off point.
- Warehouse / hub pickup: Collect from a NiWAB partner hub (e.g. Lagos, Kano, Benue, Abuja) when listed on the order.
- Partner logistics: Bulk or B2B orders may use third-party agri logistics for tonne-scale loads.
Delivery timeframes
- Same city / nearby: often 1–3 business days after payment is secured in escrow.
- Inter-state bulk: typically 3–10 business days depending on crop, volume, and route.
- MOQ / tonne lots: schedule agreed with the seller before dispatch.
Costs
Logistics cost depends on product type, quantity (kg/tonne), distance, and whether you choose hub pickup or doorstep delivery. Fees are shown at checkout or confirmed in the trade chat before you pay into escrow.
Escrow & confirmation
- Payment stays in escrow until you confirm delivery (or the dispute window closes under NiWAB policy).
- Inspect quantity and quality on arrival. Report issues promptly via Help Center.
- International export shipments are handled as special B2B trades — contact support; they are not standard checkout shipping.
Track your order
After dispatch, check Your Orders for status updates. For hub collection, you will receive pickup instructions and reference details.
